Where is the best place for a sex offender to change their life?

I am a registered offender. Sadly the state SORB has questionable means of judging peoples 'risk level'. I know I am not a danger to any one. And I am hurting big time, in trying to live a normal life and move on. Where can I best live in safety and become a 'normal' part of society? Seems getting a Job and finding places I can just get fresh air are nearly impossible.

If you feel someone doesn't hire you because of what you did in the past...then they can't have a personal issue against you or that would be discrimination. I mean you're human too...I don't see why they have to treat you like you're an alien or something.
The best place to might be somewhere rural..in farmlands where no one can find out what you did or look up what you did.

Or....you could open up your own website selling something to make money.
Not unless it goes like this:

You: "Ahhh yes..i finally finished creating my website after 3 weeks of working on it...Now I can upload & start my web business!"
**It starts to upload to 1% then the computer reads "Due to your situation in the past we can not provide you with internet connection to post your site, please unplug your computer or the local police will be called as soon as possible".**
