Well lets its a GM product.Get in the car and pull the hood latch then open the hood and look to the right.The battery should be in the right hand corner of engine compartment.If it is not there the try the left side.I dont know about GM but there are some cars that have the battery under the passenger side fender well.If it is there then you have to take the tire off and there is a panel there that you have to take off to get to it.It should be there up top on the right side.Some of the GM batterys are under the windshield washer dispenser and if that is the case its a job to get the battery out.Its not hard to do just takes a little time.I hope this helps.
