Where is the amp located in a 2007 jeep grand cherokee?

its a factory amp, and the sound doesnt work when i installed my aftermarket radio...so im thinking its from the factory amp. i used the chto-01 wire harness because i have the boston acoustic premium sound system.

To make the speakers work i have to unplug the negative from the battery and reconnect it. and then when i turn off my car i have to do it again to get the speakers to work...and i installed everything...
