Check the clutch by turning it by hand it should turn easy if it turns hard or wont turn it is locked up or burnt out. The low pressure switch is what stops the compressor clutch and it is on top of the accumulator witch is under the hood on the passenger side firewall it is about the size and shape of a 2 liter bottle it is black and the pressure switch screws into the top it has a white plug with two wires unplug it and see if ether wire has power with the ignition switich on and the a/c switch on max and the coldest setting with a test light or volt meter if it does then you can take a paper clip or a piece of wire and plug into the two connectors and with the engine running and the clutch should engage.
