Where is my vkey? On my android virgin mobile no annual contract phone?

Hey, i have an android no annual contract phone from virgin mobile and i forgot my password to access my account. What do i do? It also says i can put in my KEY where is that located? Please help, i already tried contacting them and it didn't help, they said their was a inconvienace and they apologized. Please some one helpp, i just really need to know where my vkey is.
