Like the vast majority of the public, I don't want to carry around five devices. When I learned about the Samsung Galaxy Tab, I thought I was in heaven: A small portable tablet PC with built in WIFI and 4G smart phone. However, only the EU version has this function. In the USA, it's just another overpriced ipad knock-off.
I read in the news today that samsung is unveiling their new 4G tablet/smart phone in Las-Vegas, and the president of verizon is going to speak about it, however in the picture, it's the Galaxy Tab.

1- Is this a new product, or is it just a fixed galaxy tab with the phone function restored for USA use?
2- When will I get my smart phone/tablet combo in the USA?!?!?!
3- If never to both, is there any way I can order an EU galaxy tab, and hack it to work as my verizon phone?
