Where is my drain plug on my 1989 Honda NX125 ?

I just got this about 2 months ago, and I just checked the oil today and it was black, I tried looking underneath the engine to find the plug and it wasn't there, I checked the sides and all the bolts I see hold the engine or crank shaft in. I looked everywhere and I cant find it : /
