Where is it legal to pressure wash the under carriage of my old greasy car?

I have an old car. It has years of grease and grime built up underneath it. I have a pressure washer, but I am hesitant to use it at my house because I don't want to put all of that nasty crap down the storm drain. Can somebody suggest a business or a person to talk to about this??? Cause I have no clue! I am in California ( not sure if that matters ) Thank you Yahoo community

I do it at my house all the time. You can as well. Go to Home Depot and purchase the large plastic pan that tile guys use with their wet tile saw. It is an oversized drip pan. Fill those with lots of old newspapers and allow your grease to drip into those. When you are done, discard the newspaper into the trash. Simple

Good Luck
