Where is good to paint in New York? (grafitti)?

i'm going to new york at the begining of next year (2010) wondering where's chillin to paint, where to get paint, how red hot it is esp with the trains and if theres a good forum site for writers anyone can direct me to? wooh... i'll swap you with info on sydney if you want! lol
thats hectic un-paintable trains!

oh and scotch&soda productive anwsers please! or dont bother.
i dont waste my paint on houses, unless you want a proddy ha.
