I have a 1995 Buick Skylark 2.3L Quad 4.
I had the water pump and thermostat replaced about 3 months ago. No coolant leak until yesterday.

I pulled into my driveway and noticed the smell of antifreeze and a trail. I then looked under my car and it was pouring out. car was not overheating or smoking and was fine that morning and the whole 45min highway drive before I got home.

I let the antifreeze drain into a pan. Did some research and found that it could be the coolant cap. Bought a new cap and put some more antifreeze in... continued to pour out.

I saw where the antifreeze was coming out of and it's a little hole all the way up to the front of the engine bay. It looks as if a hose should be there but there's no place that the other end of the hose would go. I researched and think it might be the overflow tube?

The inside of my car is not wet with antifreeze, so I'm assuming the heater core isn't bad.

Could the thermostat have gone bad again? Any ideas would be great.
I kinda messed up on where it's leaking. I said all the way to the front, I meant that if you are looking at the engine, it's all the way towards the cabin of the car.

If it is indeed the water pump or thermostat, why would they have gone bad already after only a few months?

omg, the '95 buick skylark is an overengineered POS!!!
I know cause I had one myself, same year, same engine.
My advice is get another car entirely. The 2.3 quad 4 is famous for blown head gaskets/coolant problems. Those cars just reek of death.
