i live in Dover and i need to find a GREAT place to get my hair colored. im looking for a salon where i can walk in and tell them i dont know exactly what i want but for them to just do whatever they want and them to actually be excited. They also need to be awesome at color correction. (home dye job gone wrong). I dont want to randomly look up salons online i want someone who has been somewhere to refer me so i know they do a good job.
