Where is a good place to hike in Santa Barbara?

Some friends and I are going up to Santa Barbara for the weekend from San Diego and would like to go on a good hike. I'd like something that is a little bit challenging (at least moderate), preferably between 3-6 miles or so. I'm having a hard time finding out what would be a good place online. we are all in pretty good shape. Something with any kind of waterfalls/springs, great views would be awesome.
