Where is a good place to have a party in newport beach?

Hey, My friend is having a party again this year but little problem last place was super duper expensive so i was wondering where in newport is there a good place for about 60-70 kids for a dance party thats cheep
it doesnt have to be huge preferable small please if anyone wants to help look up locations thatd be awesome! Thanks!
