Where is a good place to camp and hike in Illinois?

The campground MUST have:
* campground where you can pitch a tent
* bathrooms and showers
* hiking nearby
* forest nearby
* in Illinois (or within 3 hours of Chicago)

Ideally, it will also have:
* lake/river nearby
* fishing
