Where is a good place to buy lounge music?

I figured out that I love lounge music, and I saw some good cd's at Bed Bath and Beyond, but the best one was $30.00 and the other good one was sold out. Can I like rent them at a library and copy the music onto a cd?Or can I just find it in a music store like Rhino Records in Claremont, CA.?
