I propose that any book, written after Bush leaves office, mentions Bush as a leader in the same sentence needs to be burned and the author be jailed.
While Bush is doing his "farewell" tour in Europe, in reality he is trying to instigate Iran, for the millionth time to a war, i don't even see him commenting or sending his prayers to people affected by floods in Iowa. Yes, he screwed up the last 7.5 years of his time in the office, but come on...shouldn't he be brown nosing to people in AMERICA instead of going to a "farewell" tour in Europe? Iowa is Katrina Part 2.
