Where in the Holy Bible does it say who authored the Bible?

All scripture is given by inspiration of God. I believe it's in 2Timothy 3:16. The books themselves were written by different men. Mostly those whom they are named after. The New Testament, many by Paul, the Old, many by Moses.

usually its in the first chapter of the book in one of the first few verses but some of them don't say... the books have different authors. some bibles have the authors at the right hand corner where it says author some of the books have unknown authors ;)

History says it was Roman Emperor Constantine in about 500AD.

He didn't author it, but ruled on which of the existing texts would be included. We are discovering now that much was left out.

The Bible is written by several different authors. Many of the new testament books tell you who the author is at the beginning of the 1st chapter.

and the Bible: 2 Timothy 3:16 (New King James Version)
16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,

You know? A lot of people say that G-d wrote the bible. For some reason, I just can't imaging him sitting there with a quill in his hand. The NT was written by men. The Gospel According to Matthew, The Gospel According to Luke, etc. Most of the OT was written by Moses - another man.
