interpret the constitutions few and? Some people never knew this about our constitution

Chief Justice Marshall did not explain the constitution he changed it with his so called interpretations.
The constitution is not complex it is clear “the judicial power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity, arising under this constitution,” Note the complex word under not including
