Where in Orlando can I find a good place to do custom work on my car?

I am looking for the type of place that will do everything like paint jobs lambo doors, body kits and all that. I want a place that does decent work but doesn't charge too much for the work. I understand that this type of work is often pricey but I don't want a place that charges 2K for a 1 coat paint job either.

And where is a place I can get CHEAP(price not quality) rims for a car?
