where in houston can i buy the new iphone without having to get att?

The iPhone is locked to ATT, the only place to get it otherwise would be from people who have purchased it from ATT or Apple and then unlocked it so it could be used on another carrier. The only other national US compatible carrier would be T-Mobile. I would expect a newish unlocked iphone to run between 400-700 dollars easy
