Where I can get a sample Research Proposal for my Masters Study?

How are you?
I am going to apply for a Masters scholarship.
But before I apply I need to make a research proposal.
Unfortunately I don't know how to write a research proposal and a research paper.
A sample copy would help me to write my own.
I have done Bachelor in Electronics Engineering.
Please help me...
