Where i can download a FREE decibel meter app for my windows mobile phone?

I am looking for a FREE app that will use my cell phones mic to measure the loudness of sounds(in decibels). my phone is a samsung epix running windows mobile 6.1. I have found a pay program (linked below) does anyone know of a free alternative that does the same thing.

I do not have the app.you want. But I am also a windows mobile user and I use a software ---- Pocket Call blocker to help me to block calls and sms.
