Where does the crankcase breather pipe go to on my Ford Fiesta 1.25 Zetec?

I have found a pipe disconnected and its the crankcase breather. The end still attached is the end that goes to the one way valve, but I have no idea where the other end goes. It disappears under the inlet manifold. I have had the car up on ramps and was expecting to see a hole for it to plug into. I even took the starter motor off because judging by the shape of the pipe it looks like as if it goes somewhere near there but to no avail. There is a 90 degree elbow on the end of the pipe that looks like it would be a push fit into a grommet.
