to my understanding, when you seed a torrent, you are uploading a file to other downloaders.
so in other words, if no one else is downloading is it pointless to seed or does it still help others later on? and where are you uploading to if no one is downloading?
asking because right now there is no upload or anyone downloading. when i got it, it said 12 seeders and 0 leechers , but for popular movies, it usually goes right away.
