...does his q&a with the crowd? He used to be outside Penn Station in NYC, but with all his other TMZ stuff, it appears he's in Los Angeles more, if not permanently. When they cut to him (on People's Court), he looks like he's standing on some corner in Los Angeles (the buildings and streets look like LA)....so where in LA is this???
