we have a 2000 ford fiesta and it is overheating but the water is full and oil is fine, we have never had a petrol car (only had a diesel) and someone told us it might need coolant but we have no clue if this car does need it or where do you put coolant, some other people say you need to mix half water and half coolant????

we live in Egnland but we know where to buy it. where would it go in the car? where the water goes or somewhere else? do you mix the water & coolant
