Where do you go to get real treatment?

I belong to an HMO in northwest AZ and have concluded without a shadow of a doubt that I am not going to get the help I need using my HMO providers. With that said, I'm looking to go outside my HMO and honestly don't know where to start. I'm not even entirely convinced that my symptoms are caused by anxiety because none of the anti-anxiety medications my doctors gave me have helped at all. Where would be a good place for me to contact, preferably in the northern Arizona, Southern Nevada, Southern California area?
 
I guess the fact that nobody responded to my original post confirms my suspicion that there really is nowhere to go to get help dealing with anxiety. The bottom line is that if you have an anxiety disorder then your life as you know it truly is over and if you want to survive you need to completely re-evaluate what it means to be alive. For me this means that I'm going to have to accept the fact that I'll never really feel normal ever again. That's fine I guess, at least I won't waste any more time grasping at the dim hope that I would get better. Maybe I'll try to focus more on getting fulfillment from other aspects of life instead of trying to feel good. This is the reality of this horrible condition, so be it.
