where do you find very cute denim(or non denim) skirts and shorts?

i want really cute denim(or non denim) shorts that are like to mid thigh kinda and shorter, shorts that i can wear to school. thanx
i dont really have a lot of money right now so i need cheap ones(money wise not product wise) thanx
 
I always buy mine at American Eagle Outfitters. I love their shorts and for skirts I would buy them their or even forever 21. Also if you're looking for bermuda shorts (if something any shorter than that is too short for school) AEO is the place to find a bunch cute ones in denim and non denim.
