Where Do You Buy Your Photography Gear?

Hi,
Just thought I'd ask where everyone buys their photography equipment.
eBay, Amazon, Retail Photography store ...etc?

I know someone lucky enough to know someone else who works for Canon, so he ends up getting some really decent discounts.

I bought my camera and kit from Camera's Direct [online]. Pretty good deal at the time.

Also, would you prefer 2nd hand or new with warranty?
