Where do you buy new mobil homes?

I live in NJ and have a lot of land where I am allowed to put a mobil home, even a double wide. I cannot find a place where I can but a new one. Are there websites out there where I can atleast look at models and know what type Im looking for? this is very difficult. Every time I look for mobil homes for sale its always used ones already on lots. any info would help thank you
