unfortunately, as of now the Nokia N97 is not sold by any one carrier; instead by Nokia themselves and websites like Amazon.
N97 is sold through Nokia's website and comes as an unlocked phone, so if you buy it, all you have to do is put your SIM card in and you're good to go. however, if you have verizon, this will be a hard task; Verizon phones do not use SIM cards (and i'm probably just preaching to the choir xD)
