...do i even have a case? in 94 my boyfriend was 17, an officer, that know him picked him up in darlington county where he lived and still lives. he told him if you just say you did it ill let you go ahead and go home. so now even with several people knowing where he was at the time accused. he is now a sex offenders, for riding a bike switching lanes and while remaining on the bike he supposely grabed the womens butt, and also cross town, the same thing riding a bike remaining on the bike and grabing and trying to put his hand down the back of the womens pants. the women where not under age but the age are not disclosed in the reports which i do have. the women never even identified him but he was told they identfied him by a picture. i think he can fight it but since 94 everone told him he chouldnt so can he or not, and if so where do we start, what is the best lawyer.
