On Friday i rang t-mobile because my phone was'nt working it was a iphone and they told me to update the phone via itunes.
I done so and it crashed my phone.
So i ring t-mobile again who then told me he shouldnt have updated the iphone because i had only a problem with my sim card.
So on sunday the manager from t-mobile says for their mess-up he will send me out a new iphone 4g to arrive today(tuesday_ today comes and my phone doesnt arrive and i ring up and speak to the manager who says that because my phone was'nt originally from t-mobile they are not at fault and that im no longger gonna get a phone sent out to me.
Even though i was promised a phone on sunday.
Can they just go back on their word? i have a tmobile customer service representive as a witness to me supposedly receiving my phone today.
