First & Foremost, you need to contact your state medical board. As the above poster suggested, find their web site on-line. It will more than likely give you instructions on how to file a complaint and will also have further contact information.
If your doctor treated you inappropriately, he needs to be punished. I won't ask for details as that is something private between you and the person(s) you are comfortable telling, but suffice to say that this is NOT acceptable. Doctors are kind of in a position of "power" when it comes to treating patients and they should never, for any reason cross the line.
