Where do i put the safety chains when towing with a 2002 dodge ram?

I've got a ball on the bumper but when i first towed the trailer, i noticed there was nowhere to hook up the safety chains, next to buying a full blown hitch, what are my options? I cant seem to find any eyehooks of any sort to put in the other ball holes either, which is what i looked for first.
 
honestly you should purchase a hitch, a truck is to much weight to be towing on the bumper of a vehicle, do yourself a favor and spend the $100 to $150 bucks to buy a hitch for your vehicle to solve your problem as well as make the roads a little safer for you and everyone else on them
