where do i go to report a guy that does in home tattoo's?

there is a guy that lives down the road from me who does in home tattoo's, he is not liscences or boned or insured and he gives people tattoos out of his house.

he has a complete set up just like a tattoo parlor and one room dedicated to doing this.

also i can prove that he does there as he has pics of himself giving tattoos to people on his myspace.

WHERE DO I GO TO REPORT HIM???????

Wow, why don't you find something better to do with your time. He isn't harming anyone therefore leave it alone. You make it seem like he is doing something extremely illegal that people can die from.
