The managers are great I want to say that first. But this is a low income goverment apartment complex. And the people that own it do not give the managers any money to fix the place up. Here are some of the problems. Half of the carpet is from the 70s, the light in the kitchen does not turn on all of the way half of the time. The handy cap ramp is covered in ice the whole winter and is to steep to go up it in a wheel chair. One of the buildings is falling appart, as in the walls are pulling appart and it is sinking. We have no rain gutters. Half of the stoves dont work. Some heaters don't work.
When we moved into one of the apartments we had to clean and paint it.
The thing that makes me the maddest is that since they are goverment assisted they should be making money just so they can fix them up.
They just got a loan to fix this place up and they spent it on something else.
So who do I complain to?
