where do i get stuff for a teen lounge above a garage?

i want to turn the upstairs of the garage into a teen lounge what should i have and where do i find cheep lounge STUFF?
please help what about the weather up there during the winter or summer.
 
You are gonna be on a budget, I'm assuming so my advice:
Goodwill or the Salvation Army
Check the week's papers and signs for Garage Sales
Craigslist

As far as the weather, you can find a fan almost anywhere. And for the winter, I would do what you can to insulate the windows and doors, but you may just need to pick up some sweatshirts at the Goodwill while you're there!

IKEA twice annual sale, one in winter, one in summer, garage sales, footed PJs in winter & sweaters, and fans in the summer.
