Your carrier is Virgin Mobile. Go to the library, or somehwhere that has internet. Go onto there website aand login to your account. It should show you there, if it don't, your gonna have to call them. Helio is a virgin mobile company, so they are dealing with the prepaid services, and everything else. You never know it could be the service. Yet, I've been with Virgin mobile for about 4 years and they have only messed up about once or twice. You just try those things..... if they don't work, then I would either get a new one, or get a new carrier if they still couldn't fix it!!!
