I couldn't go on my internet on my Helio Ocean 2. Whenever I try to click on it, there's no menu option just the screen with the Helio raindrop logo thing. I can't go on the internet. When I leave my phone, just waiting.... it turns off my phone! So i need help with that if anyone have experienced something like that. I don't want to call the provider bcus im only 14. So i decided to reset my phone thinking it might help. Do you think it's going to help? And where do I find the activation number for my phone. I know on my sim card... but those who have the phone please tell me what number it is.
