where do department store get there electronics?

my question is where do these department (like myer allphones jb hi fi ) stores get their electronics such as mobile phones, t.v , game consoles , laptops and computers.. if you can provide a website or address to where i can find these suppliers. the reason im asking is i heard they sell reasonably cheep store quality items and i wouldn't mind buying and selling items but mostly i just want for personal use.
