Where do authors get the pictures for their title covers?

I need to make a title page for my short story. I was wondering where Author's get the pictures for their title pages when they aren't drawn. I searched Google, changing the phrases a million different times, and just can't find exactly what I want. Help ?

Ideas would be nice too. Hint. Hint.
It's about the apocalypse and going to hell...
I tried making a collage but It's kind of unprofessional.
