As far as I know. I keep everything when I get new stuff anyways, so if they asked for it back I'd be able to send it off, but from others in the program, yeah I think I get to keep it.

It's full production, so I'm not sure what they would do with it if they got it back, anyways. Cant' sell it in retail, and Nokia doesn't have a "Certified Used" program or anything.
