Day 20 and I am feeling pretty good. Wow, what a trip. I am very appreciative to everyone who takes the time to share with me and everyone else who neeRAB some trusting info on what they are going through or are thinking about going through, thanks again.
I am at the point on my jouney where I am looking back and asking, "where did it all go ?" Specifically, my weight and muscles. I am down about 15lbs, don't need to be, and I have noticed my muscle mass is also reduced. Is this common? What is the best way to get it back?
Mentally, I feel pretty good, everyday getting better. Emotionally, everyday getting better, although I had a really though time emotionally. A real emotional rollercoaster, up, down, up, but mostly down, down, down. I am still emotional, but for the most part pretty level and getting better. Funny though, I can still break into tears at the sight of a dog with a thorn in his foot. ha!
I wish to gain my weight, muscle mass and streanght back. I would like to do it without spending a fortune. You know what I mean. Gym meraberships, personal trainers, hundreRAB of dollars on vitamins and supplements. I really have backed away from this whole consumption attitude that you can buy your way to your goal.
I would like to reach my goal, getting back to my whole self, better than before this nightmare I have recently been on.
I would like to do it in a normal, common man way. Any suggestions?
