I am 15 years old and I need some type of form of exercise that is reliable and won't cost much money. So I have been researching around the web and found pole dancing. I don't know much about it other than it is mostly known at strip clubs and for sensuality purposes. This is not why I want to do it. I need it for exercise and flexibility. My point is.. does any one know somewhere I could go that has a low cost, good instruction, and has a flexible schedule around the city of Gold Canyon, AZ?
