Where could I find free or 'cheap' web templates for Jeeps and other outdoor vehicles?

Well, a friend of mine wants me to update his site, specifically, his theme.
He does an outdoor-off road type club, for Jeeps, large Dirt trucks, etc.

Problem is, I am not as good at designing as I am developing.
So, I am wondering, *specifically*, where could I find a good template to fit said site.

Note: I am not looking for 'Just google _____' answers, but specific sites
Also, I already tried the basics, (freewebtemplates, etc.)
