i'm trying to make a cosplay and it requires small belts that would wrap around my lower arm sort of like this anime character

, except he wears it on his upper arm but still, its still the same thing. Does anyone know where i could by these belts? or what their called cause i googled it and still had trouble because i kept finding places that sell belts but not ones that were small like the ones i want for my lower arm.
