I had this same problem when I moved back to Portland! The best place to play ping-pong AND grab an awesome breakfast is at Bumblekiss in NE. It's off 46th, tucked around the corner in a orange little cottage. Next door to the main house is a little garage that houses AN INDOOR PING PONG TABLE!
I also searched on citysearch.com and the only other place I could find was Skyline Tavern. (I have no idea where that is!)
