Where can you mount the new license plate on your motocross dirt bike?

Fu*king DMV made a new law starting January 1, 2009 that all off road vehicles have to have a license plate mounted on your recreation vehicle. What the Fu*k are people thinking. There are no place to put a damn license plate on a motocross dirt bike. The license plate could just fall off while you ride.
