where can you find traditional chinese paints and paintbrushes and rice paper?

i have to do this project for art and i have to do this chinese brush painting thing with traditional chinese paints and paintbrushes and rice paper. where can i get this stuff for cheap and it has to be somewhere near where i live (milford, CT) thanks so much!!!
